NASHVILLE, June 5, 2025 — Grammy-nominated artist Post Malone is bringing his signature style to Nashville with the launch of a major new entertainment venue in partnership with TC Restaurant Group. Set to open at 305 Broadway, the three-story venue will span an impressive 26,000 square feet, making it the largest ground-floor footprint on Lower Broadway.
The space will feature six full-service bars, three live performance stages, a rooftop experience, and a full-service dining room. Construction is currently underway to modernize the interior while preserving the historic architectural elements of the building.
“We’ve created a space where everyone can come together and kick some ass,” Malone said in a statement. “Nashville has really become a second home for me, so I can’t wait to invite y’all over to my house.”
The project marks the latest high-profile addition to Nashville’s thriving entertainment district, known for its celebrity-branded bars and venues.
“Post Malone is one of the most influential and gravitational artists of our time, and we’re thrilled to partner with him on this exciting concept,” said Adam Hesler, president and CEO of TC Restaurant Group. “His talent and ability to transcend genres is one of a kind, and we’re honored to create a space that reflects his innovation and authenticity.”
TC Restaurant Group is the force behind several other successful artist-themed establishments, including Morgan Wallen’s This Bar and Tennessee Kitchen, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, Luke Bryan’s Luke’s 32 Bridge, Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa, and Lainey Wilson’s Bell Bottoms Up.
The yet-to-be-named venue is expected to become a cornerstone of Lower Broadway’s entertainment scene, drawing fans from around the world and further solidifying Nashville’s reputation as a premier music and nightlife destination.
