English rock band Sleep Token has scored its first-ever No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart with Even in Arcadia, their fourth studio release and major label debut under RCA Records.
The 10-track album opens with 127,000 equivalent album units, marking the biggest week for any rock album in nearly a year and the largest debut for a hard rock release in two years. With nearly 70 million streams, it also sets a new record for the most-streamed hard rock album in a single week.
Even in Arcadia follows the band’s 2023 release Take Me Back to Eden, which peaked at No. 16.
Sleep Token’s milestone marks the second hard rock album to debut at No. 1 in 2025, joining Swedish metal band Ghost, whose Skeleta topped the chart earlier this month.
At No. 2 is Kali Uchis with Sincerely, her third top 10 album. The genre-blending project moved 62,000 units, boosted by 38,000 physical album sales across multiple collectible formats including 10 vinyl versions and a deluxe digital edition.
