Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has officially confirmed her collaboration with Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh for the upcoming film Jigra. The exciting news has sent fans into a frenzy, as the duo had last worked together in the 2016 hit Udta Punjab.
Alia took to Instagram on September 13th to share a behind-the-scenes photo from the Jigra set. In the picture, both Alia and Diljit are seated on director’s chairs, with their backs to the camera. While Diljit is seen smiling at Alia, the actress is gazing at the movie title ‘Jigra’ displayed in the background.
What caught fans’ attention were the humorous texts on their chairs:
Diljit’s chair read, ‘Sings about Kudi,’ while Alia’s chair responded with, ‘The said ‘Kudi’.’ Alia captioned the post, ‘Chairs say it all’ with a mic emoji, tagging Diljit.
The post immediately sparked excitement among fans, who flooded the comments section with anticipation for their reunion. Many are thrilled to see the ‘Ikk Kudi’ duo back together, as they had lent their voices to the popular song from Udta Punjab.
