Alia Bhatt’s trainer recently shared insights about how the actress managed her pregnancy while filming her Hollywood debut, Heart of Stone. According to her trainer, Alia “sailed through” the challenges of performing action sequences while expecting her daughter, Raha.
In an interview with India Today, Anshuka Parwani explained that she trained Alia remotely during the filming due to COVID-19 restrictions. Despite not being able to travel to the set, Anshuka noted that Alia’s awareness of her body allowed them to work effectively together. “I don’t think anybody could even tell that she was pregnant during the shoot or while she was doing those action sequences,” Anshuka said. “Alia sailed through it like a breeze.”
Anshuka praised Alia’s positive attitude, stating that she viewed pregnancy as a natural process. With some modifications to her training, the workouts became manageable for Alia. “It wasn’t simple, but the right attitude made all the difference,” Anshuka added.
Alia Bhatt welcomed her daughter Raha on November 6, 2022. Since then, she has shared many heartwarming moments with her child on social media. Recently, Alia traveled to Paris with her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, and their daughter, where she made a stunning appearance at Paris Fashion Week on September 23, 2024.
Professionally, Alia is preparing for the release of her upcoming film Jigra, an action-thriller about a sister’s quest to rescue her imprisoned brother. The film is set to hit theaters on October 11, 2024, with its trailer releasing on September 26. Following Jigra, Alia will also star in another action film titled Alpha, which will be part of the YRF Spy Universe.
