Music industry veteran Leslie Fram has unveiled her latest venture, FEMco (Fram Entertainment & Music), a consulting collective dedicated to artist development, talent booking and production, and fostering business-to-business connections within Nashville’s entertainment scene. Drawing from over 30 years of experience in rock radio, pop and country music, talent development, and executive leadership, Fram aims to provide strategic guidance to artists at all career stages.
Fram, who previously served as Senior Vice President of Music and Talent at CMT/Paramount for 13 years, has been instrumental in initiatives like CMT’s Next Women of Country and the Equal Play Program. With FEMco, she intends to continue championing underrepresented voices in the music industry. The company’s production division, FEMco Presents, has already launched its first franchise, FEMcountry, with events in Georgia and Napa. Plans are underway to expand into other genres with FEMpop and FEMrock.
“FEMco will allow me to focus on the parts of the business that have always brought me the most joy—advising and mentoring artists, booking and producing talent, creating connections between businesses and creatives, and championing women and underrepresented groups in country music,” Fram stated.
